Attention!

The chip TPA3110D2 on this board supports only 15W per channel, running the TPA3110D2 at 30W per channel in stereo mode, even with a heat sink, is not feasible because the chip's design and power handling capabilities inherently limit the maximum power output per channel to 15W into 8Ω (or 10W into 8Ω at lower supply voltages).

Please be aware as many other vendors, websites & youtubers are claiming 30W per channel which is clearly misinformation and not possible because of the chip's design.

Is it possible to get 30W stereo output on each channel using 4 ohm load?

The TPA3110D2 datasheet specifies that the maximum output power is 15W per channel for a stereo configuration at 4 ohms, with a 24V power supply. To achieve a 30W stereo output on each channel with a 4-ohm load, the chip would be significantly overdriven, which is not possible without damaging the IC.

Always refer the datasheet when in doubt.
