Gravity: Lab Grade Analog pH Sensor Kit is a liquid quality monitoring solution for measuring pH from 0 to 14 with Arduino or Raspberry Pi compatible systems. It combines a laboratory-grade pH probe with a signal conversion board that accepts a wide 3.3V to 5.5V supply, making it easy to integrate into embedded projects.
The kit is designed for practical use in water testing, aquaponics, aquaculture, and other solution monitoring applications. A hardware-filtered analog output helps reduce jitter, while the Gravity interface and BNC probe connection keep wiring simple with no soldering required.
Calibration support is a major advantage here: the supported software library provides two-point calibration and can automatically identify standard buffer solutions. As supplied in the reference example, standard buffer solutions pH 4.0 and pH 7.0 are included for setup and routine recalibration.
Technical details for the sensor board and laboratory-grade pH probe.

For best accuracy, calibrate before first use and after extended non-use using the included pH 4.0 and pH 7.0 buffer solutions. The reference workflow uses the DFRobot_PH library with serial commands for two-point calibration, and readings are typically printed once per second at 115200 baud.
Important: keep the BNC connector and signal conversion board clean and dry. Do not mount the board directly on a wet or semiconductive surface, and avoid scratching or striking the glass bulb on the probe.
After measurement, rinse the probe with distilled water to reduce cross-contamination. The reference notes also advise disconnecting the probe from the board when not in use for long periods.
Yes. The kit is designed for Arduino and Raspberry Pi, with a 3.3V to 5.5V supply range and an analog output of 0 to 3.0V from the signal conversion board.
The probe is specified for a detection range of pH 0 to 14, making it suitable for measuring acidic, neutral, and alkaline liquids.
Yes. The supplier recommends calibrating it before first use and after extended non-use, ideally using two-point calibration with pH 4.0 and pH 7.0 standard buffer solutions.
Yes. The supplier example lists standard buffer solution 4.0 and standard buffer solution 7.0 as included with the SEN0161-V2 kit.
The signal conversion board works from 3.3V to 5.5V, outputs 0 to 3.0V analog signal, uses a BNC connector for the probe, and a PH2.0-3P signal connector for the controller side.
The board is rated at ±0.1 pH at 25°C. The signal conversion board measures 42mm × 32mm, and the probe cable length is 100cm.
