Usage Notes

This sensor is intended for Arduino-based ORP measurement projects where stable analog reading and continuous monitoring matter. For best accuracy, use a stable 5V supply or reference voltage for the MCU or ADC, and apply the recommended zero calibration method if needed.

Important: do not short-circuit the two leads of the ORP probe, as this may permanently damage the probe. After removing the protective sleeve, connect the probe to the terminal as soon as possible.

The ORP probe is a precision part. Avoid impact on the glass bulb, do not touch it with hard objects, and replace the protective cover immediately after use. The reference guide also notes that the probe should not be immersed fully in liquid.
